Self evalution
Self evaluation forms
Our schools are all about learning, and this includes learning about ourselves. Every year we update the Self Evaluation Form (SEF) for each school:
- we acknowledge the areas of East London we work in and the situations of the people who live here
- we recognise what we are doing and why we are doing it
- we identify changes we need to make and things we can do differently and better
Our latest SEFs are Church Hill SEF 2022-23 (updated February 2023) and Low Hall SEF 2022-23 (updated June 2023).
Financial sustainability
One of our 5 principles is sustainability. Our top-line financial data is published on the Schools Financial Benchmarking site:
Educational practice
We use the Shared sustained thinking and emotional wellbeing (SSTEW scale) to assess and improve our practice.
Our environment
We use the Early childhood environment rating (ECERS) to reflect on the quality of our learning environment, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
